Our shipments within Australia are managed by Australia Post, normally within 2-6 days.
Orders placed before 8.30 am will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after noon, or on weekends, will start on Monday.

At the time of checkout, if it is an order with shipping abroad (outside Australia), the customer will only pay the amount for the products, and not for shipping. Once we receive your order we will contact you with the shipping options we can offer, depending on the destination, along with a link to make the respective payment.
As soon as we receive payment for international shipping, we will prepare and ship the order. At that time, we will send you the tracking number, if you do not receive it, you can request it via email at
The customer can choose to organize a pickup with his favorite carrier.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

If you have already received your order and found any issue or for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt. To do so, please contact us by:

The right of return is applicable only to products that still have their original packaging, complete and in good condition. Products that are returned incomplete, damaged or used will not be accepted. No refund will be made for products that are returned damaged.
The products are changed according to the conditions set out above. If, for some reason, the change of a particular product is not possible, the amount will be refunded. If the change is due to the fact that you no longer wish to receive the product, the shipping costs for the return will be charged to the customer.
Carolina Ghelfi Arts & Crafts will do everything possible to ensure that the refund is made as soon as possible. However, we reserve up to a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the returned product in stock.
• If you have used a credit card you will be refunded the amount in the account associated with the credit card used and will be able to check the refund directly on your next statement.
• If you have used PayPal you will be reimbursed the amount on PayPal.
REFUND SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are reimbursed only if the return of the product is due to problems caused by Carolina Ghelfi Arts & Crafts, such as if the product in question is defective, expired or is not the product requested by the customer.
In the event of a defective product, Carolina Ghelfi Arts & Crafts will replace the product or return the amount paid in the event of an exchange is not possible.
The delivery will be free for the consumer or for the user who made the purchase.
My eshop accepts payments with all major credit cards thanks to the secure Wix payment gateway.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay with your Paypal account so you don't have to enter your credit card information into our system.
You will find both options at the time of payment, along with an offline payment option that you can use ONLY if you want to organize a collection in our offices and pay in cash, OR if you want to organize a bank transfer.
Bank details will be available in a message if you choose this option.
Keep in mind that by confirming your purchase with an Offline payment method, you agree to pay your order in full within 48 hours. Do not checkout using this option, unless you are 100% sure that you want to proceed with the order.
